Proud grandson of the legendary Nonna Francesca and head chef of the restaurant that bears her name. It is with great pride and gratitude that I welcome you to our restaurant, where every dish tells the story of our family and celebrates the culinary heritage passed down by my beloved grandmother. Ever since I was a child, I have been lulled by the intoxicating aromas of traditional Italian recipes prepared with passion by Nonna Francesca. Each of her creations was imbued with her love of cooking and her desire to bring people together around delicious dishes generously garnished with authentic flavours. Guided by her invaluable teaching, I chose to continue her tradition by making Nonna Francesca a place where the soul of Italy blends with the conviviality of a well-prepared table.
As a chef, I strive every day to pass on this culinary heritage through dishes that awaken the taste buds and nourish the soul.
